NPCS and Enemies are at low fps, and I can't fix it!

While all the game is doing great, with no lag or fps lower actions, the NPCS and the enemies are with a really low quantity of frames, they look like with a really low FPS while the whole game are going really smooth…

Also a problem of mine and my game also suffers from massive frame rate drops for no reason.
