NPCs not loading (even after several minutes)

Certain NPCs don’t load for me and I was wondering if anybody had a fix. I am not talking about the delayed spawn they do when you change areas or something but rather about NPCs never appearing at all, even after waiting 15 Minutes at their location. My current biggest problems are the exchange NPC on Anguished Isle, the quest NPC on Lopang Island and even the god damn animal for the grand prix (I forgot the name of those).

And let me assure you, this is not due to some bad quest state or something like that. I have done the anguished isle questline and have even interacted with the exchange NPC but suddently it does not appear anymore. I have done the grand prix almost every day for the last weeks and suddenly I can not join anymore. I have no idea what’s happening but apparently I am not the only one. I found another thread about the NPC on anguished isle, but found no solutions…

If anybody could help I’d be immensely grateful. Cheers.

have you validate your local file integrity via Steam?

Naruni, right. Sorry about that.

Validating the files integrity is actually a good point and I have not tried that yet. I don’t really have time right now but will test it later and post an update here, should that change anything.

Usually that solves most issues, especially after a maintenance update

Ok so I got to trying it out now and sadly it did not resolve the issue. There is still no exchange NPC on anguished isle. But it was worth a try.
