Well, these days I went to use Nvidia’s Filters in Lost Ark, but Nvidia says that it’s not possible to use it and asks me to restart the game, it also says that the game is not compatible with Nvidia’s Filters, I’ve tried everything, restart the game, update the drivers, but nothing solves. Has anyone had this problem and managed to solve it?

I’m sorry about the issue you’re experiencing while trying to use Nvidia Filters. This is quite confusing as Lost Ark should be able to support this functionality! I see that you have tried troubleshooting it already. Another troubleshooting you can try is to go ahead and reinstall the game to see it this helps.
Also, do you get the “A supported game is required” message? Or is it another message that shows up?

I did a bit of research around the technical issues on nvidia and this seems to be a similar situations with players that can’t use the filters in game.
I would recommend when you have a chance to contact nvidia support Here before doing any action.

I’m already reinstalling Lost Ark, if the problem persists I’ll look for Nvidia Support, and I’ll report the result if I can solve it.
