To help identify where Oce players should play so everyone is in the same timezone as it is right now its a mess of people from the US and Oce and the servers being locked cause too many players with high queues and friends having to start on different servers cause of it.
This can easily be solved by making an Oce region using the NA servers and allowing them to transfer across.
