No stronghold bug fix??? I havenāt played in two weeks since Iām still waiting for a fix. Itās been over a month.

Best we can do is keep posting to keep the thread alive or make a post somewhere else to gain attention to the fact that they told thousands of players on our server to fuck off, essentially.

EDIT: My issue has been resolved, and my quest added. Donāt think it was anyone in the forums that helped me, but my ticket finally getting resolved after a month.

Iāve officially quit as of yesterday. I canāt continue to play this game after purchasing a platinum founders pack and knowing that they refuse to communicate or address this stronghold intro quest issue. 31 days and still no fix.

Absolute pathetic support 30 somthing days and you still havent been able to fix half of the issue from the server going down. Let me post this again so someone can read it and say oh its a problem were working on it xD!

Missing quest: āThe watcherā part of the Arthetine questline
Last quest completed in the questline: āThose Left Behindā
I was able to continue the main story questline by going to Vern but the Arthetine MSQ never got completed because the quest was removed from my quest log. I have the entire MSQ done besides this and now i have 5/7 arks. The problem is that I cant continue the second awaking quest without this being fixed.
So I included 3 different screenshots
feel like they gave up on the stronghold bug at this point. they donāt even acknowledge it at all. a month and still no fix or communication.

I could finish it with no issues, I think you are missing some quests. That is why skipping quests is not a good idea.
I suggest going trough all of them from start.
Also main orange quests stops after Luterra and just finding arks until you hit 6 of 7 as there is only available 6 at this point in the story.

Maybe you are trolling or donāt understand how the msq or game works but let me explain. As far I know no main story quest requires regular quest to be completed, only the main story quest before them. OK!
I have the main story quest Those Left Behind completed which is the quest before The watcher.
The MSQ The watcher is the main story quest that gives you the ark in Arthetine! I Do not have this quest completed and it does not show completed in my quest log; however, If you go to the NPC that you would pick the quest from it shows the rapport icon as if Iāve already completed the quest. So the game thinks that I havenāt completed the quest in the quest log but also thinks that I have completed it by allowing me to increase rapport with the npc.
This wouldnāt be a problem but Iām now ilvl 1350 with 5/7 arks and I cannot get my second awakening skill because it requires the watcher to be complete. Now you say Iām missing questā¦ Iāve checked every area in Arthetine and there is 0 quest left but maybe you know something that I donāt, all i know is that this happened after the serves went down in the first week and Iāve gotten 0 help since.
if you watch that video you see that right after the quest Those Left Behind the quest The watcher is auto accepted. I donāt have the quest in my questlog, I canāt make the quest appear anywhere so its a missing MSQ yet @ArthurFleck says āIt appears that in your particular case this could be a different issue. We are currently taking a look at your situation so please bear with us since we are trying to find the best solution possibleā

So I cant fix the quest on my own, The devs say its a different issue but wont.
The Quest Issue For Approval! says to upgrade new crafting tools, but have already done this, so unable to progress. I have contacted Support many times and put tickets in but no response and when told Iāll receive an email shortly it never comes. Please fix this, the Stronghold is a major part of the game and Iāve been waiting for over 2 weeks.

a lot of people have this problem and have been waiting for a fix since the day the game came out. they have just been ignoring all problems related to this and havenāt mentioned it in a single one of their ātransparentā updates. They will just keep telling you to submit a ticket and that āthe devs are working on itā with no time frame for the issue to get fixed, so I wouldnāt expect a fix anytime soon.

I can be online at any time that is needed to correct this error. I have submitted the original ticket around week 1 of release and still havenāt heard back from anybody regarding the fix for this issue so Iām hoping that posting here will help.
