Could have been an easy reputation boost despite the bug , let players get some decent gifts in the form of pheons. Ez uno reverse for + rep points
Instead they made the problem worse by allowing 2 factions to form and have a reason against them. ( those who are for and against these pheons)
Clearly shows the management KPI is $$$$ than positive social engagement
