From another game I used to play , there was bots ,but not as bad as here and they was selling in-game gold for real money too.
Once a week a GM or few of them come in the game - dressed in all the new skins and mounts that will be in the game soon , as to advertise them and we see how they look.
Chat with the players in the game , during that time they also go and manually remove all bots that are currently in the game.

you have no idea how many people quit and are quitting cause of the bots issue. Your team gotta step up their game and ban them once and for all. It’s embarrassing to have this amount of bots still in the game 8 MONTHS after release.

Why fix bots when you can ban players instead???
