I’m stuck in G2 :smiley: the issue for us is, that our group found only a 2h window so try so far… In Europe this is a very bad time for raiding. Before X-mas everyone is super busy, and some guys are sick with the flu. G1 took us like 2-3 tries and G2 was mostly waiting around for people to get back online because of DC or because they got an important phone call etc.
What’s also funny is that the new honing mats don’t really sell well. People don’t have enough gear to hone.

Slightly OT: I really hope Brelshaza raid gets more fun in G3+, I think G1 and 2 are some of the worst raids we got so far… Prokel fight is super fun, but the outside fight is just annoying. Just my opinion ofc!

We had mass dc in a g1 (5ppl dc-d at once) and a couple of other dc happend, we finished the g1 5th time because of a dc 3 dc and 2 failed. Almost a same happened g2, dc after dc, we couldn’t finish, I hope tomorrow we gonna get on this sht.

In other MMOs, endgame raids can take months for the top guilds in the world to clear. In Lost Ark, people are surprised if PUGs didn’t clear in the first 3 days while DCing constantly.

yea you realize when I pug I always do 50% + dmg in 4 mans and 30-40% dmg in 8 mans right… (then again I don’t gatekeep

Yea I believe my raid group is super op and they’re all imo much better players than me. In fact my biggest gripe is that I’m 100% sure that I am the turtle of the group in terms of prog pacing. they’re all ATD players/bussers who carry my ass for sure. But even then the fact that I can still keep up with their pace (and occasionally get cruel, etc.) means I have to be better than your average pug that can’t do g1 vykas or getting feared in clown

And pugs don’t really matter to me too much for g2 brel anyways since I’m usually on prokel duty (Except for my igniter sorc)

WoW back when it was good. H 25 Yogg +0 took 70 days for a first kill. H 25 Lich King took over a month but it had attempt limits.

Maybe it still takes a while but I don’t know anyone who plays it as it’s an off-brand version of itself now.

This is a zoomer meme that comes from playing a massively nerfed version of vanilla as nuBliz was lazy and started the game with end of expansion mechanics and class balance. The doubled debuff limit alone would have been enough to melt the last 30% of H Ragnaros, all the other changes were just lol to the point people PUGged it day 1.

to be fair, they intentionally over-tune the content in hopes that people can clear it and then tune it down if it turns out that they can’t (or someone proves that it’s mathematically impossible to clear)

It died because the dev team left. They split for various other projects like Titan which became Overwatch, D3, and other companies. Lich King was meant as a farewell. After that, clowns were running the show. We called them the B team and they got so mad they banned people for it.

I mean the only hard gate is g2 cause you need to find someone to 1v1 an add XD. Maybe 5 and 6 will be different but I doubt it.

The hardest part of Brel is honing to 1520 so you can even do the last 2 fight. :rofl: And the constant d/cs.

But don’t worry it gets harder in Akkan the streamers keep telling me this game gets harder eventually.

Unironically true.

I used all saved bound mats for 3 months and fused leapstones, converted on patch day and failed ALL HONES no exception.

Soft reset my bum. I pitied 5 upgrades on the new gear.

G1-g4 cleared withing 6 hours with static. %50 of our party is gatekept due to 1515ilvl etc not 1520. Probably 5-6 will be cleared at same effort. Gatekept and disconnects are hardest mechanics for us.
