Hello, on reset day I tried doing Aira’s Oculus Hard dungeon. But servers crashed when Seto had like 3m HP. As I thought, when servers came back up, my entry was lost and I got no rewards from it. I read in a thread that entry tickets will be given when the issue is on the server side. After 4 days still no mail with my entry ticket. So maybe support can answer this question. Will I get my entry ticket for the dungeon or the issue is on my side and I’ll be left with no rewards.

Up, still hopping for support reply as reset day soon to come, dont really wanna miss out on gold rewards
they though i was stuck inside Tranquil Karkosa so they teleport me somewhere. i guess they didnt understand what i post on my thread. well whatever. i dont need that sh*t tranquil pass. ill just wait 5-6 more days for it to reset.^^. i cant count on staff of this game so there.
