The server disconnected me on Wednesday during the cut scene on gate 1 .
Me and some other raid member were booted to character selection.
I was not able to reconnect to my character , it was saying Cannot connect to game .
I was able to log into other character, though. I repaired my file and it didnt help.
I was not able to log into my artist which i did the raid for the remaining Wednesday.
On Thursday i was able to log into the character , but i was locked.
AS this issue is is from 2 days ago i have waited for 2 days already for the reset ticket.
Because it is on my artist , i really need to do the raid to be able to push it to Hard mode next week as I am still missing brel pieces.

We had the same problem. I’ve contact with support and they asked for waiting 24-48h, of course I have not received any ticket yet and the answer they gave me in the chat/mail is that their service is automated and that if the server detects a failure it will send you that ticket, if not, you have to wait for the weekly restart.
They will not do anything, and we will be left without the run of the affected character. It’s a shame that they care so little about their game and don’t want to either invest in an in-game support service or manage these things manually so that their server errors (YES your game have CRITICAL ERRORS and DISCONNECT PEOPLE) don’t really affect players and the community stays interested in their game.
But hey! maybe we’ll get a new mokoko skin or a hammer that no one is going to use!! yes!!!
Sorry to hear you were disconnected and lost your entry to the Brelshaza Legion Raid.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, we expect the delivery of the replacement ticket to take around 4 hours but could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
You understand you basically say to people that you dont care?
We’ve been waiting for 36h+ and didnt recieve anything.
And dont even start with IF it was server side.
Cause many people from multiple countries ( zinnervale server ) got dced in the exact same moment.
DC and ticket aside some people cant raid whenever they please so even if they regain access miracoluosly they still cant do it because of the crash ON YOUR SIDE.
Saying “we cant do anything” is worst thing you could say you know?
the last 3 times ive DC in a raid, and lost entry ticket i didnt recive it. dont think there “auto system works”, and as u did. i posted it here. and got same lame response… not sure why we even have GM anymore. they aint doing much anymore. and there auto system is pathetic at best. So here we are, facing a automated report system, or a automated reentry system. none of them works
half of the raid dced at that time. You are telling me that it is a coincidence that 4 people dced at the same time and 3 gets their ticket while i’m the only one who dont?
it is obvious that it was a server side issue. I wa`s locked out for a whole day from that specific character aswell.
ĂŚ logged in 2 minutes later to find out that my character is bugged but all other character can be logged in properly.
The bigger problem is that even rejoining was not possible due to a game bug.
Please fix your system that a dc during a cut scene is not corrupting files .
It is a straight lie that you cannot grant tickets because i got a reset ticket granted in july last year during a server crash.
Why is a lock out from gate 1 causing that you cannot do other gates anymore?

I disconected same day from Brel. Server WEI. All raid got DC at same time. Cant log in that char for some time. 48h passed and no ticket on mail…
I tryed log other char and back to my sorc, he load in a empty zone for 1 sec then got boted to char selection, multiple times.
