I have completed Vykas a lot of times, but sometimes I might mess up an easy mechanic because either I am distracted on Discord, tired, bad run, etc and I have seen a lot of groups quitting because of 1 mistake or 2 mistakes (of the same party ex., party 1 messed up twice but different players). They leave mad saying that it was a reclear party and that ppl need to learn the mechs. I hope OP is not this type of person and is legit complaining about ppl who doesn’t know mechs and not just one or 2 mistakes when they clearly know how to do it.
What fun? U think i cry all day if i am on a group raiding and if some one is dieng on a mech in a reclear group and after that person says im not so much experienced??
Im help the people , i have the patience. There was one a time i need to kick someone becous that player didnt talk failed all the time and there was no improvement becous he didint answear.
But i never kick a player if he talks and take the advice.

I build my group yes it says reclear in the titel but if i get one player that somehow manage to come in without exp i dont kick him.

I love those clown reclear premade groups that require title (usually one of them has it or none) which I don’t have but I have 5 pieces so I get accepted. Then I witness the biggest wipefests of the week, it goes both ways
to be fair clown is a hard raid that take a lot of time to be consistant at and 10 clear is not a lot
30 clear + would be less of a wipefest

The analogy you make here is not fair. When I’m joining “reclear have title” groups I expect them to perform just like they are expecting from me to perform no matter what the raid is. That’s why the strict requirement in the first place.
Well they don’t so it goes both ways.
Finally if you Pug enough there is no chance you didn’t encounter such groups with insane requirements only to see them failing.
the thing is having kill 10 time kakul is not the same has killing 10 time valtan
having title dont mean the same thing
with 10 valtan kill i can assume you will be alive 95 % of time at the start of ghost phase and 50 % of the time at the end
with 10 kakul i assume your able to kill it withing 4 h
thats the diff kakul and valtan title dont mean the same thing

Because Kakul is the latest raid. Same thing happened when Valtan was the latest raid and Argos the one before. How people and “reclear” operate is the same though in any case and it will be the same everytime a new raid comes.
Idk about the 4 hours you saying. It takes me max 1:30-2 hours to clean Clown with half decent pugs and I have way less than 10 times clears.
Don’t blame the players, blame the game.
There are no practice parties. High gear players only drive buses and low levels either pay for the bus or reroll hoping for a carry.
If I could at least have my practice lobby open while I do other things in the game and the people joining would be able to do the same that may fill up eventually, but in this game you are only allowed to do one thing at a time, so what am I supposed to do for the 5h it might take to fill up?
In the culture that exists of course people are going to chance it by joining any party that might accept them. Law of large numbers. You cannot fix players, you can only fix the system. The game needs to be more relaxed both when it comes to gear level and retries.

This is very true but I think the main reason of this happening is because this version is accelerated. When we finally and if catch up and have long content droughts these learning groups will boom. Now everyone is in rush to reach what they watch on streams and korea

Roster lvl means nothing. And what Achievements? The only thing how to show are titels. Imagen u play 1 char and cant joing Kakul groups becous for Kakul Titel u need 10 kills. Oh wait gatekeeping is not toxic only people that try to sneak in.
And no i play with people that play 1 char. And they cant found learning Groups EUC. So to save time they just go in whatever group. And that is what many new people do.

It is your job as a leader to filter out trolls when making party, people want carry and they will join, you have to be patience and select right players, it is something you will learn with exp, my groups never ever failed for long time now.
Can never go wrong with roaster lvl 200 players, prove me wrong if you dare.

Me having 6 chars and only lvl 144 roster, one gotta be some crazy unemployed madlad to have lvl 200 plus roster lol
