I am an unfortunate owner of Platinum Founder’s Pack redeemed on Zinnervale. Since server transfer is apparently not possible in short term my idea to fix the current issues with queues would be to:
- Expand Zinnervale, Kadan and any other server with 10k+ queues with 10-20k slots (so queues would be reduced to 4-5k max, which is really reasonable). Even if it means some bigger server ping/some lags it is still better than having to wait 7 hours in a queue (and we are not even F2P yet)
- Lock these servers from creating new chars until the situation gets stable
- Start working on server transfers like You did in New World. People might want to join their friends on locked servers later on. After such a fiasco with launch the only fair idea is to let people get together eventually. We are not children. We know that You cannot have everything during launch. Still, it is essential to let people EVENTUALLY be in the same guild on the same server
I don’t know if anybody important will read it, but doesn’t hurt to try and give some reasonable ideas.
Other than that, Lost Ark is amazing and I am surely staying for years to come.
