Exactly a week ago, I received in my product inventory the LoLA Neugier mount by the twitch drops. Unfortunately due to a general bug in the market, I couldn’t retrieve it in my main inventory because “connection too slow, please try again later”.
The next day when product inventory was fixed, the mount had disappeared from my product inventory, but never made it to my personal inventory.
Please help me !
