Only 2 Aura of Resonance Recovery Elixir (14 days)?

i have 11 character they Chaos Dungeons are not reset after maintenance, and you just gave 2 Aura of Resonance Recovery Elixir.What about other characters，and in september 29，they all have 10 rest bonus ? Shouldn’t it be 20？why？

Do we know if everyone got this, not just the people who lost aura of resonance?
