Call it bad rng, bad luck, I don’t know, when finishing the weekly UNA quests I bought the 2 giant gold pouch as usual since February 2022, this time it only gave me 512g, never had such a misery since launch, it used to give me 2k + or -.
I don’t know if it has something to do with having a bot next to me, or having claimed it with a character using the ark pass, or both, so there’s a new one, added to the very unpleasant things happen in this game.
Might be a bug? Cause it gave me 3k for 3 of the large pouches.

I think you should open a support ticket, it may be a bug or you bought something and don’t remember. I did this with some pheons once. I had some pheons, bought a few skins and I forgot. I kindly asked them to verify and they provided me the logs of my purchases and I indeed remembered then. Open a ticket and ask them nicely to verify this case.

If those were the big ones it is a bug (I don’t know the language, so no idea which ones you opened 4 of…)
Hello, those was the big ones, always bought every week since the launch gave 2000-4000g max.
I realize inmediately that it was rare, didn’t bought anything before.
Should i opened a ticket instead posting here, didn’t saw nothing like that in any post or forum, i thought it was only me, which it’s scaring
