Opened 8xL T1 Shard Pouches + 9xM T1 Shard Pouches while in PVP queue, only 480 ended up on my currency list

While waiting for PVP game to begin opened multiple(8xL T1 + 9xM T1) shard pouches, game started and only 480 landed in my inventory… It is fresh character, 302 - no upgrades(knowledge transferred today). Pouches 8L pouches got bought couple minutes earlier from PVP vendor 9M from Event vendor. This is hardly result i would expect. Is there any way to fix it?

PS.Thought the shard fountain was only visual effect, apparently not.

Yeah, apparently it’s not a visual effect. You need to pick up the dropped shards and wait untill you picked up all of them. Moving away too fast or teleporting will lose you the shards unfortunately.
