Yesterday I was opening my ascendant gem selection chest and I accidentally opened T12 gems despite of being at T3. Now those mats are absolutely worthless on my t3 character. Is there chance you could revert them into T3 gems or revert them back into gem selection chest? Thank you in advance
oh and is there specific game support for brazilians? i can’t find it.

We don’t have an specific section in portuguese. Will submit the feedback though, Amazon does have a lot of operations in Brazil. Thanks for the call out.
Unfortunately we can’t reverse the opened chest, grant the items into your account or like put it back. Real sorry about that.

I fell for that trick as well. you guys put the t3 on top and t2 on the bottom and i clicked the wrong one… well played!
