this is just opinion/preference of mine i have, but i was thinking what if there’s a hotkey implemented for scouter where players press on it and it hides his drone when idle or not in use? I honestly think it would be nice it’s not gamebreaking or anything it’d be really nice to have and it’s just like any other class holstering their wep and they look sick. I wonder if it’s only me who thinks like that about scouter’s drone or not, i hope this doesnt get any hate as it’s just an opinion.

I’m not a dev or coding expert so I can’t speak much about that, yet as far as i know i dont think there’s any cons to it, it’s gonna make scouter look cool while idle just like any other class plus for the people that wouldn’t like the idea of hiding the drone and like it how it is they dont need to worry as they either wont press the hotkey or just disable it so that the drone is always as is, and if they ever want to use the feature they simply press the hotkey whenever they want to or set a hotkey for their comfort.
Hi, it hides as soon as you enter cities and places where you can’t use any skills. For me it would be much more interesting, if we could buy skins for the drone, instead of hiding it. The base model looks meh in comparison to my scouts.

that’s the thing the hiding part is optional like i stated for ppl like u who dont want it hidden at all then u dont need to press the hotkey and u can even disable it from the settings so it’s a win-win situation for both players’ preferences. also yes i know the drone is hidden as u enter cities where u cant use skills but that’s a “forced” hide it’s not the players’ choice to hide it or not so if a player wants to hide it they are forced to go to a town which has that feature in order for that to happen but with the hotkey implemented both parties are happy since it’ll be for each player’s comfort

Makes me think of the QoL they implemetend on Soulfist hype not so long ago. We can now go out of hype mode at any given time pressing X. Scouter isn’t the same as Soulfist obviously, but I see the potential.
that’s what im thinking it’s not something game breaking or anything it’s a QoL change and with a hotkey both parties are gonna be happy, sure scouter like u said isnt the same as SF but yes it can work and has potential

just wanna ask, since scouter is the 28th which is tomorrow is there any chance the drone hotkey suggestion will be implemented?
