Today we’ve queued for Oreha Hard run with my Shadowhunter. In second part of the dungeon we got stuck in loading and after one minute of waiting we have returned to the lobby and I lost my entry somehow (only member of the group, others could enter fine)
Please return my entry back, we had no connection issues, everything worked fine from my side, just the game decided to screw me over

Sorry to know there were issues in a Oreha dungeon.
Regarding this particularly, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side. If determined the cause was in fact a server side issue, the replacement ticket will arrive via in game mail within no more than 48 hours.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, nor manually grant rewards. I apologize for the inconvenience.

This same thing just happened to me. I got stuck in the load screen waiting for my other 3 party members and when the timer counted down none of my party members joined and it just loaded me back to my original location and used up my entry. However, my other 3 party members got booted out before loading just fine and they reinvited me but only i was locked out. Was not a personal internet issue. Might want to keep an eye on this if more people report it since it was right after a maintenance.
As stated above, if the cause of the disconnection was in fact a server side issue, you’ll get your entry back automatically, within no more than 48 hours.
