What bug?
You know the Find Party for Oreha Hard Abyss, sometimes the game will not load up the Oreha map and you’ll be back to a City or wherever your character is (mine was in Kalaja). Then if you try to re-enter Oreha, the game says you used up your one weekly entry even thought you didn’t really enter. What a mess. Should be included is their hot fix.

Sorry to hear you lost your entry ticket to the Aira’s Oculus dungeon.
In cases of crashes and disconnects, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Well that’s a bummer… My game did not crash and my internet did not disconnect at the time this occurred. Even the area chat/group chats said they’ve been experiencing this bug. Thanks for the prompt reply though.
