Hi, I just entered the Oreha Hard mazz, I was the only one inside the mazz as the others can’t enter because of a bug, some seconds later the mazz get me out and now I can’t enter again…
I can copy paste the reply you will 100% get if one of the CS read this, so you save some time waiting:
“I would like to tell that we’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually.”
Oh and adding “See you in Arkesia!”
Non copy paste answer would be, you may get sent a ticket per mail to get your entry back, if not today maybe tomorrow.
But if the system detects that it’s not their fault, then you lost your entry for this week.
And unfortunately no one in the forums or webticket / Customer Support can give you a reclear ticket, only the automated system can do so
