I joined a party to do Oreha Prevez. I loaded in (1/4) while the others stayed out wondering what had happen. They then disbanded the part and I watch for the first time ever as the timer on the load screen counted to 0. I then lost my ticket for this week. So can I expect this entrance back? Or am I screwed.
I am sorry to hear about this issue regarding you entry ticket, I know this can be really frustrating and affect your game play.
Sadly we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to 24 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
I would like to escalate this issue, may I have the character name and the region?

its actually great to see so many people with this issue. maybe something will finally get done about it. i also contacted the customer support today and apparently the issue has been escalated now.
