Oreha preveza abyssal dungeon reentrance expired the same day

Hi,

They gave me a free reentrance email to oreha preveza abyssal dungeon on the last afternoon of the week before it reset.

The reentry attachment had expired the next morning.
I didn’t play that afternoon, so it expired before i even open that email.

They didn’t give me enough time to see that i got it and also no notification about it other than the in-game character email.

So i asked to send it again, and this time to have a proper expiration date, of more than one day, or at least notify me that they sent it.

The support said that they would do it if they had permission, but first they needed to get permission from devs with the case id:
There was a ticket opened to devs:
Case ID: 1cb5812c-a7f6-4157-a97d-bed9dfcddc50

I didn’t get any update about it, even though i was told that i would get one after a few days.

Can you please provide that free reentrance email to oreha preveza abyssal dungeon email again so that i will not lose the 900 gold on my 1340 character?

I’m really sorry to hear about your situation, I understand this kind of situations can be frustrating and to wait until a situation get fixed its sometimes not the best scenario.

At this moment your case was already escalated by the customer service team to the technical support team and its being reviewed at the moment but unfortunately I will prefer to not tell you an estimated time, since that would be speculation and we do have to wait until an update in your case for us to get back to you and contact again Live support will not make the process faster.
