So i was doing a Hard mode of Aira’s Oculus with a Party finder group and that went just fine, after trying to enter Preveza with the very same group it entered me on my own, kicked me out a few seconds after and took my entry with nothing i could do.

Would love to recieve help since not being able to run Preveza is a lot of weekly gold lost.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you got kicked out after entering the dungeon.
In this case as the ticket has been already used we don’t have a way to give access back, for that you need a new ticket and for that we have a system that takes care of it, so if the system does not give the ticket there’s nothing else we can do as we don’t have a way to do it manually, I apologize for the inconvenience.
