I put together a pre-made Party Group through “Find Party” with 3 friends and cleared the 1370 Abyssal Dungeon Aira’s Oculus successfully. After clearing that I changed settings to Oreha Preveza and hit Enter → We all hit Accept → Delayed response in-game after about 10secs I had a loading screen signifying I was entering the Abyssal Dungeon → As I was loading in it says 1/4 ready to which my friends tell me over Discord that they are not in a loading screen yet suggesting that it is bugged. After about a minute my Loading Screen Timed out and took me back to where I was before Queueing for the Abyssal Dungeon. We then Try to Re-enter but my Character “Mccstar-Valtan” is now Locked out as seen is Screenshot.

I understand how frustrating this is. In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually instead we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects. Additionally, receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience. Here’s a post that explains better how this system works.
