I have never seen a long congo line of speed hacking bots in Path of Exile and I’ve played that game for like 5 years.
there’s less money to be made in other games
Most F2P games have bots, depending on the popularity of the game they increase or decrease, Lost Ark is still quite popular and active - despite the bot numbers so they are obviously going to remain for a while. More players = more money to make which means more bots.
Im on copium hoping they do another massive ban wave during the maintenance of the May patch.
Because all you do is run maps either in party or by yourself 12 hours a day. PoE is the worst fuckin game to compare to Lost Ark, why don’t you compare to stuff like OSRS or WoW?

The type of game LA is and it’s popularity make this bot haven. Static spawns on static timers with a repeat daily loop that low level materials or resources (gold) still feed into the higher levels. Every NPC is static and have exact thresholds for rewards that can be easily calculated out and re-run endlessly. That is why you see all the good rewards stripped from Rapport gains early on.
There is no barrier to entry, so automated accounts are very simple, clearly there is very poor bot detection and the longer a bot lasts the more profitable it is. Scripting for LA is basic at best, since everything is always exactly the same place every time.
Then on top of that, you have players that don’t want to spend the abserd cost of buying gold from AGS/SG so they buy from the Bots…
LA is the Disney of F2P adventures for Bots.
Ill explain in monke words:
Lost ark player want gold → look to prices → wow RMT cheaper I am monke so i buy
RMT seller → “wow much money for me ez need more computers running so earn mor money”
In regular words:
If there is a lot of demand there will be a supply and we can assume atm there is plenty of demand for RMT gold. Meaning these botters and sellers are earning a lot of money, they get more pcs to run even more bots so they make even more money

Other games don’t make it so easy to farm and RMT. Lost Ark wasn’t designed to resist botting as they were relying on their KSSN bans to keep things under control. Things like being able to create an account, extract gold from rapport, trade it away, then delete the account in a matter of hours are things other games would never have enabled.

maybe u dont know but POE is RMT paradise lol , i use POE to make money last year cuz parademic and u know what? RMT there make good money than anyother game i ever play lol , and what i know since work with TFT is they use tons of bot and ofc they not run around like retard in town

It’s not. Take BDO for example. You can’t easily RMT their currency because trades of unequal value are limited. Or take Warframe where their currency is only obtainable through trading with players and they have systems in place to catch unequal trades. Lost Ark has none of these protections.
