It’s easy to blame them, negative comments make mistakes. it was my day off, i waited all day for lost arc. I live in Turkey and in 3 hours it will be morning. They’re working while we wait. Do you think they are happy? Please respect them. If the gifts they send do not satisfy you, then try to argue with the person in charge. I’m down with giving AGS the benefit of the doubt that something is especially messed up right now and attacking them does nobody any good, but no point in attacking a player base who have a legit complaint towards an almost 20 hour maintenance at this point.
Its so weird, if there was an issue hours ago normal devs would have just postponed till next week. Right now no one is playing and spending money.

It’s the employees the screwed this up, not testing it on a mirror server so this shit did not happen. Lazy = mistakes. so yes employee error + company error = their customer base suffers and the customer is always right.
