They realized there is no content in the update, so will be adding all missing classes to make up for it, thus needing the delay to achieve that, have the time to make a official post about this change, getting everybody hyped, then 6h before patch, say there have been problems with implementing the patch thus needing more emergency maintenance time and lastly state that all classes sadly don’t work for some unknown reason, thus going back to the originally planned patch content… to but time and finally getting back to the 2month or more per class release

Have you not played or followed news about LA? It’s well know that the software engineers working on LA are terrible. Game engine is a decade old, backend tech is not able to scale in the cloud (hence why we got 2 regions in both EU and NA). Terrible implementation of EAC, almost no tools to combat RMT/bots when the game came out in the West. Terrible performance even on high end machine. Long loading times and pop in. No reconnect feature.
Do I have to go on? This does not shock me at all. This is nothing new.

Is this the reason for the poor comunication. Like they’re not even sure if their update patch goes through or not so they dont dare to make any news about update beforehands
So what your saying is taking an old client and cutting it up a bunch so that it can be fed back to a new player base in little chunks might come with some application downflaws?

They value NA/EU that much that they left the deployment of the patch in the interns hands to deal with so the proper staff could have the day off.
Whilst the intern was kicking his feet waiting he deleted the deployment script.
Kinda of curious if we’re going to get any kind of maintenance at all, there’s been no server coming down messages

Oh for sure. This client is trash. Longest bootup time ive ever seen for any game ever just to run an anti cheat they already know doesnt work at all(seriously why the fuck havnt they disabled it yet). THis piece of crap is not optimized in the slightest. The fact that they dont know how to merge servers shows you how broken the client code must be.
reminds me of the old league of legends client they used for the first 5+ years. It was completely broken and they literally admitted they had no clue how to fix it because the coding was so bad lmfao. I think they ended up having to outsource the entire thing to get the client updated and fixed. I recently booted the game up after a 4+ year break and realized how horribly janky the game still is. Their point and click makes lost ark look like unreal engine 6. Its so broken, that you literally have to hack the client to make left button click move your character and you cant drag and hold the mouse to walk, like literally every other point and click game ever created

No worries about the anti-cheat part, you’re going to get the typical “please let me remind you of the queues before EAC” from one of our beloved CM. Yup, that’s how bad it is.

I am not sure AGS have a team for testing anything. SG probably sent them the ready patch and they only activate it. It was said many times there is no devs from AGS part, maybe they don’t have QA as well.

Its for that I wrote “AGSG” . Actually dont care if its AGS or SG fault, they are all the same crap with different hat.
And yes, Im angry xD Soon I will chill but now Im angry brbrbrbr.
They do have a QA team, it was said a while ago. No devs tho.
