I just want to share you my experiences over 700+ hours of playing this game, also I can tell you at the beginning: I enjoyed every minute that I spent.
As a longterm MMO player, I’ve faced with too many bots & gold sellers; and also I saw developers’ solutions as well. So I can tell you that Smilegate and AGS’s actions against these bots completely waste of time. Because reporting these fellas and expecting to ban them is taking too much time. I’ll explain why we need a faster solution instead of using report system.
Before that, we as players of this game, we spend most valuable thing: “time” for this game to achieve something. Also other sources like money, gold, silver etc.
So 1.5 months ago, I was making gold from Adventurer’s Tome items. Because prices was good comparing to time I spent. After a while, whole farming zones was occupied by bots and whole market prices went down suddenly. Except Feiton and Punika’s items, there’s nothing worth to try to sell on market.
Gold sellers seized this issue and now they hoped on Life Skills and they are just started to destroy this market too.
Every time I face with these bots, I report & block them as much as I can and I’m pretty sure other players do the same. At the stage of evaluation of the reports we all know that they already turned them sources into gold and put them in a safe pocket.
I spend 2 hours to finish my Life Skill energy to gather something to sell but at the same time 30 bots gathering with me and they sell it by obtaining 30 times more material. Also they break down whole market economy as well.
If it continues like this, there won’t be a market economy except wearable items; mats.
In addition, I’m not complaining that I can’t earn gold. I’m telling you this for our sources getting decreased day by day.
