Yesterday Im completed the Paper Hat drop on twitch. Claimed on twitch then tried to claim in-game once the servers were back online, but it was bugged I tried to claim from the ‘Product Inventory’ and nothing happened. Also the Store was offline, so I couldnt even try to access the ‘Product Inventory’ from the Store, only through the top menu.
Today I logged on and the Chest was nowhere to be found, not in my “Product Inventory” nor on my actually inventory. What should I do??
