Just lost my entry count due to the stupid bug that prevents people from joining an abyssal dungeon when using Party Finder.
This really needs to be fixed - it’s been going on for weeks but this is the first time that it has taken my entry. It made me wait 45 seconds to see if anyone else would join - when I finally joined it forced me out of the game.

I’m really sorry to hear that your game forced you out.
we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. The current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If the disconnection was indeed a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

I did end up getting one of those tickets today; however, if I were to have gotten locked out due to this bug today it would be a moot point with the weekly reset.
Overall, this is a bug that should be fixed regardless of the fail safe that is in place, so hopefully the developers will look into this and get it patched so that it stops happening to me every single week.
