I know the ticket system is supposed to automatically detect and refund a ticket but i doubt this happens.
Any staff on duty?
As you can see, there is no DC that happened, so its not an internet issue. Its the same dungeon bug that we have. The only concern is, only a few hours to reset.

Sorry to know you had an issue when entering a clown raid.
if this was due to a verified server-side crash/disconnection or a party finder bug, you’ll receive your re-entry ticket within 24-48 hours max. I can’t guarantee that you’ll receive it, nor that you’ll receive it before the reset, since the process is automated. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
