Is it possible to group / party up with someone who is on a different server? 
With Find Party I believe it’s all servers in NA West, I could be wrong (about it being all NA West) but being on Valtan server I’ve definitely seen people from Mari, etc.

party finder is region-wide, you can get to it by clicking the icon with the people and magnifying glass i believe it is under your minimap
there is also an ALT shortcut i think ALT+P perhaps to open it
