Why Patch notes are always release after the patch update has been completed ?
In a lot of other games patch notes are released 1/2 days before the patch update will be done so player will get hyped for new patch.
Also if something is wrong/not working you can always change it during/after the update
korea is the same
they are incapable of giving us dates for stuff, i really doubt they can give us patchnotes… first they should announce updates with some time (its amazing PoE, just announced its next update for May 13th, the team could learn a thing or 2 about transparency and keeping their playerbase informed.
sometimes things can change before release.
