If they aready know what they are going to release why not disclose it to us aready and help us with planning for the future raid and stuff? I cant see any benefits for us staying in the dark and them get surprise with like raid release tomorrow
Because you might get advantages by knowing what they are going to do.
In general this is due to avoid disrupting the ingame economy. If you know some drop rates are modified or some content is harder/easier, that might cause a mass sell/buy of certain items, benefiting some (smart more active) players and penalising others who don’t read patch notes.
…wow, this is actually THE most insane excuse i’ve seen someone give as to why we don’t have the roadmap yet.
Weren’t we promised a roadmap? I hear a lot of people saying we were but I don’t know if that’s just another rumor or not. Either way, I think we SHOULD have a roadmap and I think keeping players in the dark is a really bad decision.
Olympic level mental gymnastics.
I think they were telling the people on Twitter that were asking prior to release that a roadmap would come shortly before the initial release, or soon after.
When that didn’t come, I believe they said that they would give us it once they overcame their post-launch troubles.
Recently, only thing I’ve seen mentioned by Roxx regarding it is that it’s coming soon.
We are not talking about Roadmap. Read the title before replying.
Roadmap and Patchnotes are hardly the same thing.
And no MMORPG publishes the Patchnotes before hand for the reasons I described.
Not an opinion, it’s a fact.
He said, and i quote, "If they aready know what they are going to release why not disclose it to us aready and help us with planning for the future raid and stuff?
He’s VERY clearly talking about the roadmap. YOU need to read before replying and use that smooth brain more often.
