My monitor goes black and the pc fans ramp up after a guardian and abyss boss reaches its last phase (about 1/5 of the time) for 2 weeks now. I play counterstrike and league for several hours at a time, I’ve also ran Cinebench and heaven unigine so it’s not a hardware issue. I just got locked out of Argos after crashing, I’d appreciate a ticket. Blackpiller NA Azena

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
We can provide some basic troubleshooting in case this is a recurring issue so do let us know if that is something you are willing to try out.
