People are abusing the warning and kick system to force players to use phero bombs on matchmaking.
You are not supposed to be obligated to use anything in matchmaking. If people want to be optimal and save 30s of a guardian kill they can make their own premade or just click enter instead of clicking on matchmaking.
In the end I’m the one that gets a time penalty for their system abuse.

I sincerely apologize for this experience you had. This is certainly in violation of our Code of Conduct, since:
Do: play within the rules of the game.
Do not: exploit bugs or other unintended uses of game features.
The players were abusing a feature of the game that is not intended for the purposes you said. Once again really sorry for this situation, please help us report this players by following the steps on the link below:

The same person upset about not using battle items is the same person that is so happy when someone else uses them. Moral of the story don’t be a cheapo. LOL
If you read Legumi answer you would know that the Devs do not agree with you.
Moral of the story you are wrong. if you want to everyone to use consumables don’t use the matchmaking.
Funny how I’ve never been kicked out of a party for being a cheapo. Crazy how people want to play with others that contribute to the team. The devs aren’t the ones you are in matchmaking with so it doesn’t matter if the devs disagree because you play with the community not the devs. The community obviously has an expectation that you clearly aren’t meeting despite what the devs want/intended. Report them if you are so inclined but if you don’t measure up to the community standard then you are going to continue to have this problem.
And there is where you are wrong again. I never asked to play with people using consumables. That is specifically why I’m using the matchmaking since there is nothing saying that I have to use consumables to use the matchmaking.
Again if you want your team to use consumable go solo or make a premade. If you want to use your own consumables on matchmaking do it out of our own free will without any expectancy that other have to do it too.
In short do not enter the matchmaking expecting that people have to use consumables!
And its not even worth using it just to save 30s of a 5~7mins fight
The devs are the ones that make the rules. It matters because it you break the rules you get the ban hammer!
There is no arguing against the Code of Conduct.
You obviously can’t see the forest through the trees.
If the people in matchmaking expect you to use items and you use matchmaking then you 100% asked to play with people using consumables. Again you are NOT playing with the devs you are playing with the community.
Why don’t you take your own advice and form your own Cheapo party or just go alone? Why does everyone have to conform to how you would like to play? If you don’t see the extreme irony here I just don’t have enough crayons to explain it to you.
This isn’t about the code of conduct. It’s about expectation vs reality.
Are rules important? Yes.
Do people always follow the rules? No.
Are the people kicking you for not using items abusing they system? Sure if it makes you feel better.
Will you still have this problem if you don’t change? Yes.
Is anything here going to change people’s expectations? No.
Is your expectation of gameplay be more important than everyone else’s? No.
If you touch fire, don’t blame the fire for burning you if you keep touching it. Also don’t expect the fire not to be hot just because you want to touch it.
Its that simple…

If you want to be cheapo, make a premade group stating that you won’t use battle itens and wait till it fills with more cheapos. Otherwise, stop wasting other players time

If you’re not helping the group, you’re hindering their gameplay and deserved to be kicked. Also, you don’t lose anything other than your time when you’re kicked from a guardian raid, so if you don’t mind about wasting other’s people time, why are you mad about that happening to you?

Ok bro, keep your copy paste answer if this makes you happy, but if you don’t want to be kicked, maybe try helping the team and respecting their time next raid.
I have done many Guardians Raids with people that have barely enough QI to move their mouse and never complained about it.
As long as they are trying I don’t mind.
The only thing you are obligated to do in matchmake Guardians Raids is try to kill the boss everything else is optional.
So yes I help and I help a lot with my 1475 5 engraves character by doing a lot of damage and staying alive.
