If this number were even remotely accurate we would not be having this discussion on the forums where less than 1% of the player base even post. Making up a number to fit your narrative is a horribly weak argument.
You will NEVER be able to enforce these rules on random players. This discussion has been going on since they implemented the item log.
Every single possible argument has already been made a dozen times. If you want to gate keep you need to use the party finder. The Warn/kick feature is intended for removing AFK players or people that are openly griefing. I know for a fact you have probably heard this at least a dozen times now and I’m not really sure why this is so difficult for you to understand. Its a very simple concept.
CMs as well as the CS team have commented on this several times now. If you abuse this and get reported odds are you will be flagged. If you want a perfect run, use the party finder. This is not even something that is open for debate anymore.
1. Treat others the way they wanted to be treated
Do: be kind, build fellowship with other players, and be your best, unique self.
Do not: engage in behavior that diminish, threaten, bully, insult, abuse, or harass others.
2. Play to enjoy the game
Do: value other players for their in-game contributions and activities, and respect their style of play. While we encourage competitive play where appropriate (e.g., player versus player modes), keep it friendly and respectful.
Do not: engage in behaviors that reduce or disrupt the enjoyment of the game for others. This includes spamming chat, griefing, throwing matches, boosting, win-trading, trolling, or spoiling the game by sharing unreleased or confidential materials.
3. Play fair
Do: play within the rules of the game.
Do not: exploit bugs or other unintended uses of game features.
Do not cheat, bot, hack, or use other software or services that give you an unfair advantage through, for example, unattended gameplay or game modifications.
Do not engage in real-money trading of in-game items and in-game currencies.
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes unfair play and to take corrective action we deem appropriate.
Well, you don’t even know half of it. According to him, there are statements made from SMG citing they made the kick system specifically to kick non battle item users ![]()
When asked for said statements i got the typical response: I don’t know, its somewhere, search it up
“It was made for this very reason”

I apologize if I’m misunderstanding this, but I believe you think CMs/Support has control when it comes to kicking people from content in the game?
CMs have no control of anything in game nor any control in any decisions made in game. We are here to help gather information from the player base and provide it to AGS and SG. And then vice versa, we take the information provided to us and share with the players. As for support, they are there for when technical problems arise or players breaking the TOS.
You’re welcome to have any sort of dialogue about the game as long as it doesn’t become overly toxic, so I see no need to take any action but I think there is a misunderstanding…
So, there is no issues with using Vote Kick?
Only in the max level Guardian Raid, Kunglanium, there is a precedent to use FPPC order
Makes the raid a lot faster and more enjoyable for the entirety of the playerbase
And extremely rarely, 1% of the time in NAE that ends up in the form of a kick to the one person who doesn’t follow the convention
People who get kicked come to the forums though and just don’t use battle items just out of spite and negatively impact the raid
They say it’s bannable to kick them
But I want to know if it’s bannable to kick a rare case of a hinderance to gameplay
No, there is no issue using an in game system.
You won’t be banned for kicking someone.
Players say all sorts of things in game, on the forums, reddit, etc… doesn’t make it true.
Thank you good sir
one good thing to add that the only exception is if someone purposively kicks someone at the end before the boss dies to grieve - or groups of " friends " that will for fun kick the last person at the end etc
That is kind of a Customer Support representative clearly stating that kicking somebody from Guardian Raid Matchmaking is “against Code of Conduct” and that the players who do that are “abusing a feature of the game that is not intended for the purposes you said.” - aka kicking players in Matchmaking who don’t use Battle Items. He can’t get banned for kicking someone but apparently he CAN get banned/punished for violating Code of Conduct which he does if he kicks somebody for that reason?
Unless you’re implying that your Customer Support is lying and you’re telling people they’re not to be trusted?
oh ur just farming those troll posts dont you ![]()
bu regarding the last sentence, thats what i answered right above.
Farming? I just want to know if the CM is lying or Customer Support is lying. They both each said a different thing so somebody is lying or at least not telling the whole truth then. His reply in this thread contradicts what was said by CS in the post that I linked.
CS representative said that kicking somebody for not using battle items is “not intended use of the feature” and linked a report form asking to help report players who do that. CM in here said that you can’t get banned for kicking somebody from Guardian Raid?
Also points out how lots of people say lots of different things. But this info comes straight from a member of their Customer Support team not just “some people”.
Lying? you know that there not only one truth… everything depends one their opinion/view of things. The sam thing count for every statute book.
They’re both representing the same company which means that they both should have the same information available. There’s no way 2 people that work for the same place can give 2 COMPLETELY OPPOSITE answers for the same problem. That means that either someone is lying or is misinformed and both are spreading what they believe to be true then?
and you can see rly often that different courts decides differently… even if they belong to the same system and using the same law
Well. This isn’t court and there isn’t any official law here I guess. I’ll choose to believe somebody from Customer Support who actually has access to more information then I guess. None of this even affects me since I never play Matchmaking anyways but he’s encouraging toxicity and unjustified trollish kicks by saying you can’t get banned for it. Then the guy gonna end up getting banned and will run to CS quoting CM post where it said he CANNOT get banned for it.
What he does by kicking for not using Battle Items is clearly trolling and making the experience of the player who gets kicked miserable as he wasn’t asked to agree to any battle item usage prior to queing therefore he shouldn’t HAVE to use any.
I ignored the OP before I even see his reply cause I don’t want to lose any more braincells. You do you bro just don’t run crying when you get punished for something that has been stated is NOT allowed multiple times.
I mean it’s not really toxic if everyone in Kunglanium is chillin and throwing battle items
Everyone wants to clear fast and they all get what they want
Great. Go play Find Party. Don’t force your “precedents” or “rules” on people who don’t agree to them aka Matchmaking.
“I ignored the OP”
kek
I don’t think there’s any more to say except people throwing out baseless accusations so CMs feel free to lock this thread and have a nice day
