Perma ban, im a cheater hahaha =/

I also got banned for cheating and the only support i get is automated messages and no proper proof or investigation. This support at the moment disgusts me.
Remembering i took ban for cheating but I was playing only 10 hours a week at most. XD ridiculous

At least one mod showed some respect for us and scalated this problem:

I have seen the influx in false ban reports that have occurred over the weekend and I have escalated this internally to the team. The mod team advised contacting support as that is the best option currently available to you until we get some more clarity on the situation from CM’s.
