I know you guys don’t like being compared to other companies, but I play destiny as well as lost ark. Google a TWAB and bring it up to the team as a possible idea to increase communication. You could even call it twala. (This week at lost ark). Sounds like something a lady on Punika might say. That level of communication might pay dividends.

Thanks for looking into this. You’ll agree everyone was aware of the bot and RMT situation for months now and players having actively asking for more punishment for RMTers way before this weekend.
Now things are in this kind of state it’s like watching a train wreck in slow motion. We all knew it was going to get to this state, but things had to be critical before anyone would consider a real solution?
The forums and steam reviews are a wreck, players are basically rioting. And now our feedback warrants further communication???
I know you can’t commit to answers but we all know where this is headed if the decision makers comes up with another half baked answer about how RMT is frowned upon, but no absolute stance against it.

if AGS still ignoring all the RMTers the bots will never stop and guess who’s stopping. the real player who actually have to wait for hours to play.
Well, not for long at least. This gets into a tricky paradox - if you see no sellers for a game, is it because it was too expensive?
Retail WoW and Warframe as an example.
Retail WoW people do not buy gold as much anymore because the introduced WoW token is close enough (25%-40% more) that people avoid the hassle and just buy from blizzard. Sellers started doing stuff like raid carries and dungeon boosts instead.
Warframe sells platinum for a better price than players can when you consider the 75% coupons, so nobody sells platinum. The few that do are easier to spot and get insta banned.
You guys should do this hashtag on other platforms, forum is very tight control-ed. Go twitter, reddit, pornhub, facebook, steam reviews, post there.
Edit: maybe we should wait for the June update, at least to have a statement that AGS would have zero-tolerant policies to cheaters.
This sums up what is wrong with AGS CMs.
If the majority of your player base is playing on the weekend, surge your CMs and have them working on the weekend. Take the slow days off ie Monday/Tuesday.

I would prefer to give @Shadow_Fox a chance before this goes to any other platforms. He’s told me in this thread that this is on his plate to serve to the AGS / Smilegate developers.
I am sure we will get updated here, we need to be civil in the meantime.

if there is no RMT, the bots will disappear since their only purpose is to sell gold to RMTers.

and they act like they are innocent, and defending themselves, thats the thing drives me crazy. and amazon being ignorant about this and saying they are working on it since february is literally disgusting. wish some small publisher got the publishing rights, not incompetent ags 
when you witness the game you love so much is withering, it pains you more and more each day that they dont take action. and the way chinese botters making fun of them is making all the things happening, tragicomic.

CMs are forum entertainers, It’s like your parents cuddling you and telling you everything will be alright, knowing the world outside is burning down, just a facade - I wonder why devs themselves don’t check the forum for player’s feedback, communication and fix implementation would be way easier. Weird and bad company setup.

NA EAST apparently 5K+ Q in Azena + Una. nowhere save. so yes something must be done or else this will become BOT ARK.
This game is unplayable whether NA East or West. Such a shame.
866,788 players right now, the situation is almost critical, the queues are huge, need immediate solutions.
