The guy was trying to exploit the game, it’s not negative to say that I’m glad that people that do that are getting banned, I didn’t break any rules, no need to be* so fragile about it.

But the second injunction made me think this was a very serious mistake and the past few days of appeals have shown me the fact that “the department in charge of appeals is not very interested in their work”.

But… nobody cares.
It’s strange that they also know they have permanently banned many of the wrong cases- But when one of the mistaken cases appealed, they - No ~ you cheat. we are not wrong

People that got banned always indenial of what were they really doing you just answered what you are trying to appeal, probably just move on man and stopped what you doing that got you banned its so stupid doing it twice, lmfao.

Think about it- I got banned and then I got my ban removed. And I keep cheating to get the ban again?
Maybe you’re smart enough to do so? I don’t think I have the ability to “cheat” like that.

The more I think about it, the more interesting it is that you guys think I’ve “cheated”… Because it’s “absurd”. And can only be explained by one reason “We have a big bug in the automatic ban system”.

hi! i have a friend that has the same issue, we been appealing for days and all we get are automatized responses from the appeal team, i know its not your area of work but clearly they are not doing theirs, theres a lot of people under this issue and all they get are responses from people that dont care or dont understand the frustration of a player that never did something wrong, that have put effort, money and a lot of time on that account. This kind of issue should be top priority from amazon, because all this shows us that if we ever get a single mistaken ban we will lose the account forever without a single explanation and its not nice logging in every day not knowing if you will be able to play

you cant appeal. because they dont care. I might be the rare one to get my ban removed after 1 week. and also the most heartbreaking case because I got banned 3 days after the ban was removed.
However, there are also some cases of being banned and then being free for 2 hours every 24 hours.
This indicates they have a malfunctioning auto level system. Although the ratio is small, it exists.
I am not a F2P player. I like the game I will load small packs to support.
So far I have spent 40$ to buy packages at the store. There’s only a small chance that trouble will come your way, though. But when trouble came, it was really annoying.
