If you google this with Lost Ark, you will find many people who all got falsely banned for the same reason. It then takes them weeks and months of appealing to Amazon before they MIGHT unban you but it is difficult to get past the automated system to reach someone that will actually look at it and unban you. I only ever played New World’s alpha a long time ago.
Can you please just remove this ban? Can we escalate this immediately? I’ve been banned for a week now for something I didn’t do and haven’t been able to play with my friends. I’ve appealed twice and both replied saying the ban was legitimate and would not be removed.
What can I do to have someone look at this and do something about it?
Unfortunately the Forum Moderators don’t have the access to any Ban related information and we are unable to assist your query. If you think that the Ban on your account is unjustified, Please submit another Appeal with all the necessary information.
I would also like to inform you that submitting multiple appeal tickets without any additional information will not yield a different outcome.
I don’t have time to escalate this issue and e-mail/call one of our moderators to check carefully for any errors. That is just extra work which I don’t get paid to do. I will just let our ban appeal system that is run by bots take care of it.

I have also been using my partner’s game account to play, and my same computer is also playing the Russian service, and Korean service, the fact that you say I cheat is simply unreasonable, because only my account was banned for no reason, and my partner’s steam account of the lost ark was not banned, so that my computer does not have any problems, and other regional server account I won’t stop complaining because I’m a real player with 2000 hours who didn’t cheat at all, and there are a lot of people who were banned for no reason on December 10-12 in the same situation as me, and you don’t even check, which is really problematic!
