Long shot I know, but is there any way I can move the dream instrument and move it to a different toon? And is there any way I can switch a pet for a different variant? I want a different color but it was one of the gift pets.

In this case, the Dream instrument can’t be moved to a different character, my apologies for that.
Now, regarding the Pet, contact us via live chat, explain them the situation so they can check into your account and escalate the case to see if an exception can be made.
