Well… we may be getting what we did/or didn’t wish for…
This just happened to me…
I had made a few presets so I could choose at a later date, which one to choose…
But the game deleted them…
If I had clicked the cancel button I MAY still have them…
But one of my other presets are gone and I didn’t click on that one…
So be careful what you click on… and careful what you wish for too.
It might be something to do with the new hairstyles that we will be getting…
But why did it have to delete the presets?
I just dont comprehend why they had to remove the most popular ones in korea. Especially for mage.
Sounds like a bug. Should probably back all mine up just in case for the upcoming hairstyles.
Now idk if this is what KR has already… But they’re adding 5 new presets for warriors.
Does that mean they actually are able to add more presets? :copium:

This is the issue I am looking at. Any presets made b4 5/13 are all gone.
I think they are giving us the male presets because they are releasing the Destroyer class.
I expect they will give us the female presets when the next female class arrives…
That’s my guess…
They gave us human ears for mages though…
@Ineedtogrind They kind of showed us what they were going to do when they messed up our presets… I hope there is some kind of fix for it so that the presets I had saved can be used. Sad that the ones that were deleted are now gone.
I am sad as well that I can’t use my lovely presets I;ve been saving for new hairstyles…

It would be bad press if they didn’t give us FEMALE presets next update.
It’s gotten to the point where the bullshit is at the level of lying to our face.
yeah so they lied about being unable to add more, yikes. hopefully with summoner/arcana release the faces will be back i guess.
I think this is how they messed up everyone’s saved character presets.
They did the maintenance last week in readiness for todays update, and made everyones presets unuseable. So there is obviously a problem with including the new (old) presets. There must be some kind of file conflict.
If they hadnt removed them in the first place this wouldnt have happened.

I also really want the original KR presets back too. I made a post about this before months ago which got deleted by a CM. An important thing to note is how they go about in localizing or “westernizing” the NA/EU versions. Simply making changes doesn’t mean the changes are good or even asked for by the majority of the playerbase. The changes that were made to these popular KR presets were objectively bad because you can see that most NA/EU players do not use these new presets at all. I play the game pretty often and I have never seen players use these as much as they use the other normal looking presets. This means that they have failed to “westernize” the game or cater to their actual playerbase. On a business level, this was a bad decision. But even from a political perspective, this was a bad decision because changing the presets does not give any sort of positive impact or positive message. If you are to argue that these new presets brought some kind of “diversity” that is nullified by the fact that no one uses it. If they wanted to “westernize” the game, they should’ve added better looking presets that are representative of western faces, not these ogre looking faces. Looking like an ogre is not representative of the West. It is kinda offensive actually to imply that these new presets are representing us.
I play every day since it launched, I’ve only seen people using these presets when abruptly changed from normal and even then it was rare to see them.
