replacing the originals is not racist?
this was a stupid decision and without justification to be made, completely irrational, they could have done it in several other ways, NEVER replace the originals, the only thing that served was precisely for people like you to come here and think: “how I’m superior to these people complaining.” Can’t your ideological bubble see that this only causes more division?

The problem was changing them in the first place, that was a bad move, everyone can agree that most of the “new” face presets are just terrible xD
But i get that you guys have to wait for SG to do that change into the client and it may not be in their plans to just add more faces thats why it would take some time

Like anything in our version of the game, stuff should have been added and not replaced. If it was indeed a tech limitation this should have been rectified before the release in NA/EU to support additional presets instead of replacing things. That would have been the right thing to focus on, bring more customization options that benefit all the clients instead of altered stuff like characters, presets, npc and places name changes, transformation forms (shadowhunter change) just to fit some kind of narrative for a specific version of the game. It’s like altering a painting in a museum depending on the location it’s showcased because somebody might not like it for one reason or the other.
I am all in for more options, options are great but if you are unwilling or unable to return back to the original at least stop replacing/changing future things and focusing on fixing systems that prevent you from simply adding more things.

I wish, the publisher and developer understand that people don’t like it when they replace/change stuff for the western players just because of this “Lack of diversity”.
I wouldn’t go deeper and argue why it’s happened and why it’s a must right now in the western region, but the best solution would be to add those presets instead of replacing them.

Then just change them back. It shouldn’t need to be updated for 3 entire other regions just because 1 server wanted to be different.
Or tell SG to add the code for more options, not “if” but like request them to actually do it just like AGS has requested all the other changes. I’m pretty sure mentioning that people are upset about options literally disappearing from their game will make them want to at least try and fix it.
The fact that there has been 0 progress so far about this means that they haven’t been properly informed about how players actually feel like. I’m not saying they have been lied to, but it seems they weren’t told the complete truth.

Just transfer their presets over to us then and get rid of our ones. Willing to bet that significant majority would prefer this altogether.

The presets were changed during the westernization process to allow for more inclusion of minority groups.
I’ve seen a couple people use them. When I zoomed in to see it didn’t look good. I don’t know if anyone has been able to make those faces look good.
Which faces… show us with a screenshot if you can.
I have probably used one of those faces… Is this one?
I manipulated her face, so she may not be as recognizable…
Except the mouth, you cant do much to the mouth.
I know nothing of the originals…

I’ll try get you a SS when I login later. It was one of the replaced mage faces though. Looked very unnatural.

The ones with red dot have been replaced.
Also, there is a scroll bar next to the presets, so I don’t think a limitation exists. Otherwise they wouldn’t have bothered to put that in.
If it was just 1-2 replaced it would be less of an issue (still an issue) but as it is more than half of the presets have been completely replaced. That’s sub-optimal at best, it’s likely that a lot of people’s fav options are just flat out missing from this release.

ive tried like 40+ presets for my deadeye/art and no one of them works on our version 
been trying to talk to them about this for days now and they seem to not care at all to bring the missing presets back
