Can’t get Peyto island soul or unlock rapport because this quest is nowhere to be found. None of my characters have the “The girl with starlight eyes” quest, and without it I can’t unlock rapport and island soul.
I only ever deleted one of my characters, could it be that I had quest on it and now the whole chain is bugged?
