dont forget poor server stability resulting in time lost all the while ags and sg hide like sewer rats, but somehow find a way to peek their head out asap over pheons.

Remove Pheon System !
Everyone should just post this everywhere they can. In all forum post, In all Tweet, In all game review, In all support message, anywhere the game is involved it should be flooded with this message.
The game already have enough cash grab system, character slot expansion, battlepass, skins, mount, crystal shop, monthly crystaline aura, name change, appearance change, and so much, so much more … Just remove Pheon !
