Pheons when we buy skins from market?

I don’t remember to be asked for 10 pheons when I buy some skins from market.
Is this a new thing or I’ve been ignorant all this time?

no it’s been like this since the beginning
it depends on the trade limit
If it’s totally new and has never been traded before it costs zero
if it’s been traded at least once it has a pheon cost

just another lovely system they have. one would think like 5 pheons for buying a skin would be enough but no gotta be 10

Proper hard way mate… It’s like this…
Bought Auroch Alar Pants for 750 Gold.
Also paid 10 Pheons = 300 Blue Crystals.
300 Blue Crystals = 10 K Gold.
Total price = ± 11 K Gold for Auroch Alar Pants.

This is very sad… Total ripoff… As I said… Garbage.
