Hi! Just as the title says, I bought the Omen package and I picked the wrong mount, I was wondering if it’s possible to change it? or maybe refund it to pick it again or aything?

In this case we don’t have a way to change the mount once it has been claimed, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hmmm, funny to hear that you can’t (or most likely don’t want to) help with something like this honestly, a piece of feedback from my side, you should improve how this kind of things are claimed because as you can’t preview them in the inventory is actually easy to make this mistake and paying money from something you don’t want, specially knowing that if something happens you won’t receive any help later, is not something people want to do and it’s not something you should let easily happen (unless of course, your plan is for me to buy a new one which is not going to happen). I’m not willing to spend more money into this game due to the lack of actual customer support, and not sure how long will you be able to see me in Arkesia either.

I did the same thing - picked wrong mount 
Wanted even to buy second pack as the current one just looks ugly with my armour, but it came out there is a limit on the pack with mount and I cannot buy second one
