Ping issues on Inanna EU Central

Hello,

I am having huge ping issues since the maintenance to fix EU Central yesterday evening. I’m at 190 MS while usually i’m at 20-30 ms. I have tried to restart my router, my pc and the game several times, but its still not fixed…

Could you help me please? It is not very fun to play with 200 ms constantly :confused:

PS: I play on Inanna (EU Central) if that matters^^

Edit: Verifying file integrity also did not help.

I’m sorry you’re having ping spikes frequently.

I really appreciate you’re communicating to us about this issue.

For this issue you can follow this troubleshooting related with the Internet Protocol Version 6 (tcp/ipv6) is disable:

  1. Open Windows settings.
  2. Go to your Network&Internet section.
  3. Click Change Adapter Settings.
  4. Right-click your connection (It can be either LAN or WIFI adapter) and go to Properties.
  5. Scroll down in the menu until you found the option Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
  6. Uncheck the box next to it and restart your computer.
  7. After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files:

8. Re-launch Lost Ark.

Please let us know as soon as possible if after these troubleshooting the problem persists.

I followed all the steps you mentioned. The issue still persists. I am unsure it happens on my end, as I have no lags when using mobile data, on the same pc.
